Waiver Information:

CCVB Waiver:

As a participant in the 2024 Sand Volleyball Tournament, I, for myself, my executors, and administrators and assigns, do hereby release and discharge the Coppell Independent School District, the Coppell Volleyball Booster Club, Coppell Sports Garden, and all cooperating organizations and businesses from all claims, damages, demands, actions and causes whatsoever, in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in this event. I further acknowledge that it is my responsibility to read and comply with the rules of the tournament.

Coppell Sports Garden Waiver:

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless COPPELL SPORTS GARDEN, Inc., and its shareholders, officers, directors and employees from and against any claims that I or my child may have or assert based on any injuries, damages or loss allege to be sustained by me or my children while on the premises of the COPPELL SPORTS GARDEN, regardless of the cause. I further agree to be responsible brand to pay. on demand any damages to COPPELL SPORTS GARDEN property or personnel proximately caused by the acts or omissions of myself or my child. I further agree to take appropriate measures to assure that my child consume no alcoholic beverages while on the premises of COPPELL SPORTS GARDEN and to indemnify and hold harmless COPPELL SPORTS GARDEN, Inc., its shareholders, officers, directors and employees from and against any claims brought by anyone based on the consumption of alcoholic beverages by me/us or my children while on the premises of COPPELL SPORTS GARDEN. I understand as a minor under the age of 21, it is illegal to purchase or drink any type of alcoholic beverages and I pledge not to do so. all video games at COPPELL SPORTS GARDEN are to be operated by ages 18 and over only.

Photo Waiver:

I give permission for my and/or my child’s photo to be used by CCVB and/or the Coppell Sports Garden to use on publications, website, and/or social media outlets.
